Class of 2027 LEADERSHIP MASS (Part 1) The 8th grade student leaders of our school led today's liturgy beautifully this morning. What a great start to the school year!

First grade is getting ready to study the structures of plants in science. We made "greenhouses" for our beans and will observe their growth over the next few weeks.

SDJCA Parents Night Out

The SDJCA cross country team competed in the 2nd race of the SPL season at Westmont HS. The Phoenix were led by an 8th place finish by Brody and a 19th place finish by Claire. Brody’s finish was extra special because he competed up a grade level and earned the fastest time for a 7th grade race in SDJCA history. Luca and James also had great races, dropping over 20 seconds from their previous race. Jerrick earned a PR for his run.

🎲Kindergarten rolled the dice and added stickers to their caterpillars! 🐛

✝️Students led a beautiful 9/11 prayer service at dismissal on Friday.🇺🇸

Yesterday in a Salem Witch Trials activity, 8th Grade students played the Dot Game to see how quickly fear and suspicion can spread through a community. Just like in 1692, accusations often outweighed evidence. Little did they know, no one was guilty!

📚4th and 5th graders did a library scavenger hunt. They had so much fun exploring the library!📚
