Kindergarten forming the letters of their name with Play-Doh on the second day of school!

First Grade practiced cooperative learning and problem solving while exploring STEM bins during centers today.

4th grade is ready for an AMAZING year!

The SDJCA Pheonix Cross Country team started off the 2026 season by competing vs Oak Prairie, Homer Glen, and Minooka Jr High. Each Pheonix ran extremely hard, but none harder than Brody Levy who finished in 1st place for the 5th/6th grade race!!! The 7th/8th Grade boys were led by Liam Heinrich finishing 32nd and the 7th/8th Grade girls were led by Claire Ranney's 23rd place finish. Special thanks to our principal and biggest fan, Mr. Newton, for coming to support the team.

First grade had a great first day!

5th Grade is off to a great start! They are very excited about "The Lemonade Wars," we hope everyone will come out to support them in October.

Our SDJCA extended family just grew by 2! 👶🏻👶🏼 Mr. & Mrs. Cervantes welcomed baby girl Camille Lucia on July 28th!🩷 Our tech guru, Jeff and his wife, Joanna, welcomed baby boy Joshua Elie on August 11th!🩵 Welcome, little blessings! May God bless you and your families with love, joy, and faith as you begin this beautiful journey together. ✝️ Congratulations to all!
